Self-Compassion: A Healthier Way of Relating to Yourself

An online website by Dr. Kristin Neff, providing information about self-compassion. The website includes a very informative test to determine how self-compassionate you are, ways to increase self-compassion and guided meditations. There are also a number of video clips which are very interesting. I love this website as we can never get enough compassion for ourself and others!
